With Xero both ourselves and our clients can log in to obtain reports and enter the information required.
As with many cloud based solutions it is possible to obtain and enter details on the move with an iPhone, iPad or other Android app at anytime.
It is possible to reconcile your bank from home or the office or even a coffee shop and if you have any issues then you can leave a comment and we can log in and have a look for you.
Xero also offers our clients a payroll solution as well as an accounting system.
It is possible to send an invoice from your customers premises if they request a copy whilst you are there or if you like to stay really up to date with entering your invoices you may choose to do this at every customers address.
With a cloud based solution there is no need to update the system and there is no need to install the software on a computer or laptop.
